Two impressive trebles for our boys this weekend:
CAPTAINTREACHEROUS daughters were flying – the GROUP 2 Southern Cross 2YO Fillies Final for Encipher, and the 3YO Final for last year’s victor, Treachery by 12.4m, and at Akaroa, 2YO Millwood Indie put 7.5 lengths on her rivals.
HESTON BLUE CHIP youngsters were hot – Girl From Oz clocked 1:53.2 at Newcastle to take the GROUP 2 NSW Breeders Challenge Eastern Region 3YO Fillies Final, 3YO Seeryanfly saluted at Gloucester Park, and at Albion Park, Philandering Chief recorded 1:54.4.
Another big few days for our past sires – six for SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE with Bondi Lockdown, Spring In His Step, Somedreamsomewhere, Queen Shenandonah, Beach Memories & La Puddie; a treble for WESTERN TERROR (Alfresco, Has No Fear & Sanday), doubles for ROCKRNOLL HANOVER (Inter Dom star King of Swing & Lils Nightmare) and WELL SAID (Joeys Hangover & Harps who had win #18, topping $109,000). Winners also for FOUR STARZZZ SHARK (Beef City Sharzzz) and ARTISTIC FELLA (Bao Nien).
