BETTING LINE was represented by GROUP 2 APG QLD Gold Bullion 2YO Fillies Final winner, Aurora Joy, at Albion Park, Sapphire Gambler who posted 1:55.1 at Bendigo, and Newcastle 3YO duo, Silent Legend (1:55.7) and Comet Crusader (1:55.7).
CAPTAINTREACHEROUS posted a double at Tabcorp Park Menangle – a GROUP 1 double no less! 2YOS Captain Ritchie (1:52.8) and Jewel Melody (1:53.4, 20.9m) took their respective Finals in the NSW GR1 APG Gold Bullion series. The ladies were in the money elsewhere with Honor Bender at Swan Hill and Miss Chantilly in 1:54.6 at Wagga.
A good mix of our past sires this weekend, with WELL SAID continuing his purple patch and leading the pack with five winners – Young Rooster, Royal Speech, Alanza, Alakazam and Wesaidso.
A double for ROCKNROLL HANOVER (Alpine Stride & Purest Silk) and winners for FOUR STARZZZ SHARK (Sea Double Ugrant), ARTSPEAK (Talks Up A Storm), WESTERN TERROR (Misskontiki), ARTISTIC FELLA (Regal Cheval) and BLISSFULL HALL (Dunno Jo).
SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE secured a GR1 winner with Ripp taking the GR1 APG 3YO Gold Bullion final, one of five with Make Your Mark, Adam Crocker, Wilshire Boulevard and Eldaytona.
