A huge weekend for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS with six winners including two Group races! Dominating the GR2 4YO Bonanza in 1:50.9 was Captain Ravishing, putting 21m on his rivals after a tough run throughout. Sizzling in the sprint trip GR3 Mercury80 was Catch A Wave (1:22.2) while Jilliby Dynamite brought up the Tabcorp Park Melton treble for Captain. In Newcastle, Captain Dorian posted 1:53.5 to take the win, Absolute Dynamite saluted at Addington and in SA, Atreacherous made it back to back with a win at Globe Derby Park.
Of our past sires, BETTING LINE had a blinder, with Isthisjustfantasy winning the Gold Chalice at Melton from fellow Betting Line filly, Soho Seraphine, while Rebline and Alcopony were also winners. A treble for WESTERN TERROR (Bonnie Belle, Arena Queen & Western Style) and a double for ROCKNROLL HANOVER (Asian Elvis & Glenldedi Commander) went with wins for HESTON BLUE CHIP (Will He Pike) and KENNETH J (Fly Cheval). SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE took four winners including the GR1 AG Hunter Cup champion, Honolua Bay, Turquoise Stride, Zhukov Leis & Hesashorething again in NZ.
