A clutch of winners this week for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS across the age ranges – a new two-year-old winner on debut came at Redcliffe as Path To Greatness took his first win, three-year-old Destiny Stride took the Ladyship Pace at Menangle in 1:53.2, mare Spiritofanangel took her earnings past $85,000 with a win at Pinjarra, and at Ballarat it was Treacheroustimes breaking $87,000 with his fourteenth lifetime victory. At The Red Mile in North America, his daughter Capytreach won a leg of the Kentucky Commonwealth Series in 1:50.1.
Of our past sires, BETTING LINE again led the way (Get Ya Bets On, Snip Of Beauty, Kimchi & Lightning Jash) ahead of WELL SAID (Nicely Spoken, Joeys Hangover & Kuhio Crest) and WESTERN TERROR (Favourithighlight, Deanothedinosaur & Tamanisha Terror). There were also winners for BLISSFULL HALL (My Courtell) and SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE (Surf Ace & Tairlaw Toll).
