Turn O The Tide (G & J Bowen) was CAPTAIN‘s latest new three-year-old winner at Alexandra Park, while at Addington it was Justyouwait (Breckon Farms), Thor (Spreydon Lodge) and on debut adding to the two-year-old ranks was Special Occasion (Tardina Stud). Over in the west, Montana D J (Jill Smolenski) took his bank to over $175000 with a 1:55.5 win at Gloucester Park.
STAY HUNGRY star Brue Hanover topped $380,000 in stakes with a leg of the New Holland Series in 1:50 at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
BETTING LINE recorded another blinder this weekend, represented by eight individual winners – Island Bouhinia, Flexi Bet, Rio De Janeiro Blue, Spitfire, Harlequin, Luv Bite Young Bluey and champion trotter Not As Promised. WELL SAID recorded a double with Midnight Pirate and Second Amendment again, while there were winners for FOUR STARZZZ SHARK (Leavemeout) and ROCKNROLL HANOVER (Dynasty).
