The star at yesterday’s outstanding Karaka NZ National Standardbred Yearling Sale was undoubtedly CAPTAINTREACHEROUS after the quality of his young stock shot him to the head of the Leading Sires’ table for the sale.
Six lots sired by the sensational stallion sold, fetching an average of $81,585 each, including the sales-topping filly from Veste. We look forward to more brilliant results today from this proven GR1 juvenile sire, and wish yesterday’s purchasers all the best with their horses.
