Four solid midweek winners for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS this week, headlined by Jewel Melody who with a 1:51.2 win at Tabcorp Park Menangle looks ready to extend on from her exciting 2YO season. A new 3YO winner at Bendigo in the sale topping colt Gawn, in by 12.6m which is impressive enough but Bainbridge up at Canberra put 32m on his rivals! Keayan Moroccan was Captain‘s sole 4YO rep this week, taking another good win at Newcastle.
BETTING LINE did well in the Sydney sales and he had a treble this week – Spring Line, Younggiftedandblack & Bohemian Braids – as did our old timer, BLISSFULL HALL (Longtan Cassanova, Dunno Jo & Fullon). SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE topped the list with four winners – Coral Stride, Avaiden, Our Bondi Beach & Assassinator – while there were doubles each for WESTERN TERROR (Rubins Plight & Western Action), WELL SAID (Mitzi Said & Listen To My Heart) and ARTISTIC FELLA (Beersinmypocket & Braeview Fella). HESTON BLUE CHIP (Heston Zoolander), ROCKNROLL HANOVER (Heza Head Honcho) and FOUR STARZZZ SHARK (Sunrise Ruby) all picked up winners too.
