At Newcastle, Gina Del Ray notched up her fourth win, Captain Blood made it back-to-back wins with his Penrith salute, speedsters Captains Pick (1:54.5, Albion Park) and Iam The Captain (1:54.8, Bathurst) were in the money and at Oamaru, a double with filly Ruby Roe taking four wins from five starts and Rakamurph topping $45,000 in earnings.
It will be a big night tomorrow at Menangle with CAPTAINTREACHEROUS son Frankie Ferocious aiming for six on the trot in the Grand Circuit Miracle Mile alongside SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE champ South Coast Arden, and in the Sapling Stakes it’s Hezatreacherous (CAPTAINTREACHEROUS) aiming for the win over last-start winner Ultimate Cruz (BETTING LINE) – best wishes to connections of all these runners.
