Three good local winners for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS this week – Mick Danger took a win at Bathurst, while at Wagga, his progeny took heats of the TAB Regional Championship Riverina series – Captain Tom in 1:55.8 and Captains Catch by 15m.
In North America, CAPTAIN mare Keep My Secret won a $50,000 Kentucky Sires Stakes race in 1:51 at Oak Grove while at Pocono Downs, Flawless (1:53.4) and Rocket Deo (1:53.1) won divisions of the three-year-old fillies series of the Pennsylvania All Stars.
Once again BETTING LINE led our past sire roster with five winners this time – Our Mystery Bet, Rainbow Gambler, I Break The Line, Jilliby Mistress and Teneachway – followed by doubles for WELL SAID (Extreme Sea & Take Out) and SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE (Mercurius and The Rainbow Beach). Also represented were WESTERN TERROR (Western Rich) and BLISSFULL HALL (Jacks Up).
