A big week for CAPTAINTREACHEROUS (don’t wait – book in now!) with five winners across the country, headed by Captain Crusader who posted 1:52.9 to take a heat of the NSW Breeders Challenge 3YO C&G division at Tabcorp Park Menangle. Also victorious for CAPTAIN were 2YOs La Vista (by 25.7m at Penrith), Maurlen (Yarra Valley), My Ultimate Skeeta (by 10.2m at Penrith) and 3YO One Two Many in a very slick 1:54.8 at Yarra Valley.
HESTON BLUE CHIP was also well represented this week, with 3YO Heston Zoolander clocking 1:54.1 at Tabcorp Park Menangle, 3YO filly Shezabluechip in the money again at Newcastle, Yum Cha at Young and Only One Don by 14.7m at Bathurst!
WELL SAID dominated the past sires list this week with four winners – Just As Well, Major Statement, Well Said Harps & Gottahaveahobbie – followed in by WESTERN TERROR with a treble (The Narrator, Bid For Stardom & Tearaway Diamond), a FOUR STARZZZ SHARK double (Beef City Starzzz & Willow) and one for SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE (Lyrical Genius & Ifoundthebeach), and winners for ROCKNROLL HANOVER (Glenledi Commander), BLISSFULL HALL (Ima Birubi Boy) and ARTISTIC FELLA (Jay Dee Be Rollin).
