CAPTAINTREACHEROUS was well represented at Melton this weekend with Captain Pins taking a heat of the Rising Stars and Tough Tilly holding her place as his second highest Australian money-earner with a 1:55 in the Goffin Memorial to push her bank past $600,000! Filly August Moon continued her amazing run taking her fourth win in a row at Gloucester Park, making seven wins from her last eight starts and taking her earnings to almost $140,000. In 1:557 at Wagga was Captains Knock.
His daughters also took two divisions of the $114,000 Eternal Camnation for 2YO fillies at Woodbine – Caviart Belle breaking a ten year old record in her win and Genie Hanover breaking her maiden in hers. At Harrah’s Philadelphia, his 2YO sons collected two $56,000 splits of the PSS – Booming Economy and Captain Albano.
STAY HUNGRY had all three $45,000 Tarport Effat division winners – Lyons Surfing in 1:50.0, Brue Hanover in 1:49.3 and Seven Colors in a record of 1:48.2! On the same card at The Meadows, his sons took the PSS divisions – Stay Grounded in 1:50.2 and Hunters Hero in 1:51.3.
