Four of his winners were juveniles – De Goey at Launceston, Castella Dallacqua at Gloucester Park, My Captain Oro at Melton and at Albion Park, Captivate. Over at Alexandra Park, Barbarossa bobbed up again for the win, while at Newcastle there was a CAPTAIN double with My Ultimate Skeeta (1:54.7) and Spirit King (1:53.8) both saluting.
Over in America, it was STAY HUNGRY youngsters shining in the stake series divisions – 2YO Rose Run Zeke clocked 1:52.1 to take his leg of the Roy Davis at the Meadows, while at the Meadowlands, it was 3YO Hungry Angel Boy saluting in the Tompkins Geers Stake leg.
