CAPTAINTREACHEROUS was well represented once again, with a good spread of five winners. At Addington, that outstanding filly MIllwood Nike proved her chops yet again, taking an incredible seventeenth consecutive win, remaining unbeaten by taking the Hilarious Guest 3YO Fillies Classic. Fellow three-year-olds Frankie Ferocious (Albion Park, 1:52.6 by 14.6m) and Divine Angel (Araroa) were also in the money, while Captain Oh Captain took his eighth win at Marburg and at Melton in a sprint series race, Jillibyjacksparrow posted a 12m victory.
For our former boys, BETTING LINE once again topped the list with four winners – Iylac Pakaria in the Bandbox Final, My Purple Patch, Lightning Jash and Wings On The Line – while there was a treble for SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE (Bondi Lockdown, Missed The Truth & Kiavino Stride). Doubles each for FOUR STARZZZ SHARK (Lifeisbutadream & Shark Attack), WELL SAID (Saginaw & Might As Well) and WESTERN TERROR (Silver Mystique & Western Style) while KENNETH J (Fly Cheval) and BLISSFULL HALL (Nova Baxter) were also represented.
