Three-year-old Stormryder (Durham Park) went back-to-back at Melton to make a clean sweep of the Gordon Rothacker Memorial Championship taking the final in 1:55.2. Barbarossa (L Standing, W Wilson & S Taylor) at Alexandra Park became the latest to join the $100,000 earners’ club while at Dubbo, mare A Lil Bit of Love (Peter Crennan) secured her third lifetime win.
Of our past roster yet again BETTING LINE led the way with five winners – Empress Byeline, Bettine, Our Better Bro, Saint Veran & Muzzame Mate – while SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE took four – Act Now, Kiss On The Beach, Bronx & Another Puddin. WESTERN TERROR secured a treble with Terroroan, Western Sonador and Im Alrite, while WELL SAID took a double with Kuhio Crest and Done Well.
