CAPTAINTREACHEROUS just continues to produce the results, with three big-end winners of his eleven winners over the past week. Catch A Wave boosted his earnings to $1.79m and became the sire’s richest Australasian progeny with his 1:55.7 win in GR1 The Nullabor at Gloucester Park. Lux Aeterna his $445,000 after capturing the Nutrien Equine 3YO Pacing Filly Final at Melton and hot on her hoofsteps was Miss Australiana, still unbeaten after her win in the Nutrien Equine 2YO Pacing Filly Final (third place taken by CAPTAIN daughter Crusader Miss).
CAPTAIN had a new 3YO winner in Double Quick who won at Ashburton, and fellow 3YO Kabochon made it three wins from four starts at Pinjarra. Yourtheonethatiwant remained unbeaten by taking a Young Guns heat at Alexandra Park, Admiralofthefleet put 9.5m on rivals at Shepparton, Spirit King posted 1:54.5 at Newcastle and Master Charles took an eighth win at Albion Park. There were also wins for Go Away Again (Goulburn) and Ourtreacherous Reign (Penrith).
Of our past sires, BETTING LINE again dominated with wins for Foveaux Gambler, Luvbite, Magomedov, Dourado, Jilliby Mistress, Chilli Punter, Novanta Rising, Ozzie Punter and two wins for Itzmineontheline. SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE also had a good haul with Itsamoneymaker, Some Chevron, Dancin Dolly, Bay Of Biscay, Cala Greca, Eldaytona, You Fly With Me and Botany Bay Warrior all in the money. FOUR STARZZZ SHARK had five winners – Indelible, John Richard, Team of Starzzzz, Jimmy Joyce and Catch The Shark – while WELL SAID took a treble in We Salulte You, Major Statement and Might As Well.
